Our house rules
To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, we kindly ask you to read our house rules. When you make a reservation and we confirm it, it is implied that you are familiar and agree with the rules, and that you will fully adhere to them. Violation of house rules can result in a cancellation of the reservation and charging a full amount of the reservation’s price regardless of a shorter stay.
check in
On the day of arrival the guests have to fill in a guest card for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board.
Noise and Security
From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. is a period of a night rest, therefore please keep noise level low in order not to disturb other guests.
Please check out twice to be sure that the main entrance door and the room doors are closed during the night time, for your own safety. Please note that the common spaces are not blocked for other guests and neighbors. Open fire, candles, smoking, etc. are prohibited. In case of emergency contact the emergency service (call 122) and us as soon as possible.
The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The owners will not be responsible in case of any disappearance, we advise our guests to always close the doors and windows when going out.
It is not allowed to bring any weapon, flammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the hotel.
When the guests go out of the room they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close water, close. Please don't leave the air conditioning on when you leave the hotel. The guests are asked to make sure that doors and windows are closed while AC is in use. It is not allowed to cool down food and drinks by leaving them under running water. It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not predicted for this purpose.
We kindly request the guests never to leave a key in a lock. If this rule will be violated, we have to call a locksmith, the guests are obliged to cover all the expenses.
Tuxedo
Smoking in Urban Hotel Vienna and in the whole building is strictly forbidden. Smoking in the hall might cause fire alarm. In case of violation we will charge you 440 EUR fee.
Cleaning and Damages
Please note that Urban Hotel Vienna rooms are cleaned before check-in. The guest is responsible for cleanliness of his/her booked room during the stay. The garbage may only be disposed in appropriate waste bins and containers (please, check our Terms & Conditions). In case the room is handed over upon check-out in an extremely dirty and polluted state, Urban Flats Vienna will charge the guest extra amount of money in order to cover extra cleaning costs. Guests are obliged to cover all expenses for damages caused by inappropriate usage of room facilities, especially for broken windows and furniture.
The guests are kindly asked to take care of the room and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. The guests are not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it to another room or outside (the kitchen chairs to the terrace, cutlery and towels or blankets to another room, etc.).
Pets
Pets are allowed only with the permission of Urban Hotel Vienna. Bringing pets without prior notice is not allowed, in this case we have the right to cancel the reservation. The guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and have to clean the excrements left inside and outside the rooms.
Free wireless internet
There is free WLAN/Wi-Fi provided in each room. Urban Hotel Vienna holds no responsibility for any illegal activities on the Internet performed by our clients.
check out
On the day of departure the guests have to leave the room before 10:00 a.m. The guests have an obligation to leave the room in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
