General Terms and Conditions of "Matar Group GmbH

 

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all accommodation contracts concluded between Matar Group GmbH (Urban Boutique Hotel) and the guest, as well as all other services and deliveries provided by the Urban Boutique Hotel.

2. Guest’s Capacity to Contract

An accommodation contract is only concluded with individuals who have reached the age of 18. For online bookings, the guest confirms they are of legal age and fully competent to contract. Minors aged 14 to 18 may only stay if a legal guardian concludes the contract.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

By accepting a reservation, an accommodation contract is formed with the Urban Boutique Hotel. This agreement is binding. Reservations can be canceled without cost up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, cancellations or modifications are no longer free of charge. The resale or brokering of booked rooms at higher prices than the official rates is prohibited.

4. Prepaid Reservations

When booking a non-refundable rate, the total amount is charged at the time of booking. These rates are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable. If the reservation is not cancelled within the stipulated time, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

 

5. Registration Form and Data Protection

Guests are required to truthfully provide their personal data via the Urban Boutique Hotel’s online portals.

 

6. Taxes, Fees, and Charges

The prices include all statutory taxes, fees, and charges. Should there be changes to these items, the Urban Boutique Hotel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

 

7. Payment Methods

Common credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Payment is made in Euros. The guest bears any bank fees for international transfers.

 

8. Room Usage

Rooms are available to guests from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. A fee will be charged for late vacating.

 

9. Liability

The Urban Boutique Hotel is liable for guest belongings brought onto the premises in accordance with statutory regulations, except in cases of minor negligence. Liability is limited to the insurance sum.

 

10. Prohibition of Brought-in Food and Beverages

Bringing and consuming own food and beverages in public areas is prohibited.

 

11. Non-smoking Policy

The Urban Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Non-compliance may result in a cleaning fee.

 

12. Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may incur a fee. Service animals are exempt.

 

13. Right of Admission

The Urban Boutique Hotel reserves the right to eject guests who do not comply with the house rules or who disturb other guests.

 

14. Final Provisions

In case of contradictions between the accommodation contract and these GTC, the provisions of the accommodation contract prevail. Changes to the GTC require written form. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the Urban Boutique Hotel.
